The Seller will issue an invoice to the Customer for the delivered products. In this sense, the Customer has the obligation to provide the Seller with all the information necessary to issue the invoice, according to the legislation in force. The invoice will be communicated to the Customer in printed material format upon delivery of the ordered products.
​10. DELIVERY POLICY
The products are delivered by the seller, directly to the home of the buyer / the address specified by him.
Transport is provided by the courier company.
The transport fee is 15 RON. Orders over 250 lei receive free delivery.
The dispatch of the order for the products in stock will be carried out within 48 hours from the confirmation of the order, by email. The order should reach you within a maximum of 1-3 working days from the order confirmation date. This term can be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a term of 10 working days, calculated from the date of receipt of your order.
The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures the security of the transport. Liability for any damage caused during the transport of the product, parcel or package sent by us rests with the carrier according to the local legislation in force.
11. COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any misunderstanding between the Merchant and the Client in relation to the relations arising from this Contract shall be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, to be submitted to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca.
