Delivery
Delivery is made within 1-3 working days anywhere in the country, from the moment the order is confirmed. The exception is periods with a very high volume of orders, where the delivery term will undergo changes. (EX: Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Delivery by courier is free for any order whose value exceeds 250 lei. If the value is less than 250 lei, a fixed shipping cost of 15 lei by courier will be charged. Depending on our availability and yours, the products can be picked up from the Bună Ziua neighborhood, Cluj-Napoca.
The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures the security of the transport. Liability for any damage caused during the transport of the product, parcel or package sent by us rests with the carrier according to the local legislation in force.
RETURN POLICY
We always want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return
within 14 calendar days, its value being reimbursed, excluding transport costs.

- Unsealed products, missing labels or original packaging will not be accepted for return.
- The return will be sent in packaging that ensures the security of the transport, and the cost of the transport will be borne by the customer.

Before returning the products, customers must notify the trader in advance in writing to the e-mail address ivanovelisam@gmail.com, where they will specify the following:
– order number
– the product/products they wish to return
– IBAN account for reimbursement
For card payments, in case of return/cancellation, the money is returned only by refund on the same card with which the payment was made.
